Our smaller items can be purchased through the website using PayPal and include free UK postage.

To purchase larger furniture items please contact us to check availability and to obtain a shipping quote. As a rough guide most pieces of furniture can be delivered to London for between £50 and £70 depending on size and location. Payment can then be made either by BACS, PayPal or personal cheque.

Please allow up to two weeks for delivery, although in practice most items can be delivered within a week. We use specialist independent furniture couriers who blanket wrap everything in transit. Our London deliveries are usually on a Saturday. You are also welcome to pick up your item in person.

refunds

Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a full money back guarantee within 14 days of receipt, provided all items are returned in their original condition and include the original packing materials. Please contact us before mailing to explain your concerns as we cannot otherwise accept returns.

We regret that all shipping charges are non-refundable and that the customer will normally be liable for the cost of return shipping and insurance, which must be included to cover the full value of the item(s).

In the event that you receive an item that has suffered damage or breakage in transit, please contact us within three days to explain the situation, ensuring that you retain all the original packaging materials for claim purposes. We will probably ask you to return the item for validation and will endeavour to refund you the full purchase price and associated shipping costs.
